An idea I've been entertaining for awhile Oh, a couple friends inspired some characters
To set the scene: Daniel Furlong has just joined Celtic Thunder, and the rest of the lads are taking him camping.
"Oi! Danny-boy! Stay out of the forest at night, there are ghosts, and wild animals in there!" Keith said, just as an arrow whizzed past his head. "Aiiii!!!"
"What was that??" Ryan exclaimed.
"May I have my arrow back please?" A soft, yet rough, voice spoke, coming from the woods.
"Who are you?" Emmet called into the woods.
A brief chuckle was heard, sounding quite sinister.
"I am me, and no one else." Came the rough voice, echoing off of the rocks.
George picked up the arrow. “In the stories, they call these "elf-bolts" because they are small and delicate, yet deadly."
Daniel, meanwhile, had been searching for where in the woods the voice came from.
Quietly, he looked up in the trees, and saw a faint silhouette, defined only by the flickering firelight.
"Come down please!" He called. "None of us are going to hurt you!"
“And we are just supposed to trust you?” Another voice came from the tree next to him.
Neil and Declan got out of the bus.
“Well, yes.” Daniel said.
“Should we?” Yet another voice, rough like the first, called out apparently speaking to the other voices.
“Fine.” Came the first voice.
Suddenly, three girls jumped down from different trees and one stepped from behind a tree.
“Wow.” Neil and Deco breathed, then caught themselves and flushed red.
It seemed the other lads were having similar problems.
“I am Rowan.” The first girl said. “This is Noreen, Eleanor and Katrina.”
The girls were dressed in an assortment of clothes from skirts and tank-tops with sweaters, to jeans and jackets, to Robin Hood style green leggings and tunics.
Neil stared at Noreen, then flushed bright red when she noticed him staring and caught his gaze.
He had to admit it to himself; he was entranced.
How could he not be? Her shoulder length, auburn hair, dark brown eyes that crinkled when she smirked at him………Oy-o boy-o! He was falling fast! It was completely impossible not to drown in her eyes, as a couple thunderheads had said about both he and Ryan numerous times, which he didn’t quite get until now.
Deco apparently had a similar problem, as he was staring at the lovely Katrina and his face had flushed as soon as she caught him, because he couldn’t seem to look away from her glinting green eyes.
Amy, you're Noreen. Liss, you're Katrina. (Like you asked)
