Okay guys, here's the new chapter. CP wrote most of it, and I went in and added some stuff. Oh, and Ori helped us out with this idea! Thanks Ori! Hope you guys enjoy! ........................................................................................
(Kate’s pov)
It was only a hour before the guys would be there to pick us up so we could head out to dinner. We didn’t know what the guys had planned for us, so we decided to be prepared. I had a feeling that the guys had something special planned, so dresses were our outfits of choice.
After Meg and I finished with Ellie she looked absolutely stunning! She was going to knock Paul’s socks off in her knee length deep purple dress and her grey sweater. She wore with it a pair of silver flats and her favorite skeleton key necklace. We pulled her bangs back into a small poof, showing off her pretty green eyes. We only applied a small amount of makeup, of course including her beloved eyeliner. If Paul didn’t notice her tonight, then there was definitely something wrong with him!
I had decided on a dark blue dress and my high heels. I did wear some makeup, though not much, and I had my hair pulled back in a small clip. Meg was wearing a light pink dress that looked amazing on her, and a pair of matching pink shoes with a heel on them. I fixed her hair in a bun and put some light pink eye shadow and mascara.
“Ellie, are you excited to see Paul?” I asked. I couldn’t help but notice that I was more excited than she seemed to be.
Ellie looked at the clock and sighed. I guess she noted that we only had around fifteen minutes before the guys would be there. “I…I don’t know if I can do this. I mean, what if all of this was done in vain…what if he doesn’t notice me?”
“Of course he’ll notice you!” Meg scoffed. “Who wouldn’t notice you? You look great, Ells.” Meg’s words were reassuring to Ellie, though I don’t believe she was completely sure this would work.
Before Ellie or I could respond, there was a knock at the door. Our guys were here! I opened the door to see Keith and Damian….but no Paul. “I wonder where he is…” I thought as I looked over at Ellie. A defeated look was written on her face.
“Wow, you all look beautiful!” Keith said, though his stare was mainly on me.
“Aww, thank you.” I replied, smiling. “Where’s Paul?”
Keith’s eyes widened as he glanced back at Damian, who was scratching the back of his neck nervously. “Well, Uh…you see….” Damian started, but was cut off by Keith.
“Paul…Paul’s back at the hotel.” Keith admitted.
“And why?” Meg asked, almost glaring at Damian and Keith.
“Well, an old girlfriend of his is in town, and um, he ran into her. Long story short, he’s taking her out to dinner tonight.” Keith replied. He looked at Ellie, sympathy showing in his sea green eyes. Ellie’s eyes were glistening with tears. Paul had really done it now…
“That’s his loss…” Meg spoke up, anger cutting through her tone. “Come on Ellie, let’s go out without him. We don’t need Paul to have fun!”
Ellie shook her head, picking up her blue jeans from her folded pile of clothes on the bed. “I don’t want to go anymore…You all have someone, so I’ll just go back to the hotel and stay in tonight.” Ellie grabbed her shirt as well and started to head towards the bathroom to change.
“Ellie, stop.” I grabbed her arm and stopped her from going any further. “You’re going with us no matter what. So what if Paul doesn’t come? He’s the one who’s missing out.”
“Hold on a sec, I can fix this.” Keith said, taking out his phone and dialing a number. He had a brief conversation before thanking the person on the other end and hanging up.
“Who was that?” I asked, looking up at Keith.
“ That was Ryan. Since Paul decided to skip out on his plans, I decided to call Ryan and see what he was up to. He wants to join us, so we should get going back to the hotel, he’ll be waiting outside soon.” He said, wrapping his arm around my waist and motioning for the others to follow us.
(Ellie’s POV)
I couldn’t believe it…no wait, I actually could. I knew this would happen. I had this sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach the second Meg and Kate had mentioned the makeover. Not that I wasn’t grateful for the makeover, in fact, I had tons of fun hanging out and shopping with them today. But…everything was just a waste. Paul backed out on the plans, just like I figured he would do.
As we drove to the hotel, I wore a plastered smile on my face. Though I was upset, I couldn’t let it show. I didn’t want to ruin everyone else’s fun. So, I decided I’d just fake a smile and pretend everything was okay. Too bad it really wasn’t…
“Evening, Ellie.” My thoughts were broken by a slightly husky voice. I glanced to the side to see Ryan sliding in the back seat next to me. A warm smile played at his lips as he fastened his seatbelt.
“Hey Ryan.” I replied, my forced smile still on my face. Yup, Ryan was nice, and it was nice of him to tag along so I wouldn’t be alone…but he wasn’t Paul.

Before The Show (Paul’s POV) I can’t believe she just left like that. I mean, I know that Nicole and I hadn’t exactly ended on the best terms, but…for her to just leave right in the middle of dinner? That was low… I should have just went with the lads and the girls. It would have been a way better time than night , that’s for sure.
I buttoned the last button on my crisp white shirt before grabbing my tie and knotting it in front of the mirror. After doing this everyday for two months, I was used to it. I barely even gave it a thought anymore.
As I was straightening my tie, I noticed a short auburn haired figure hurry past me, her head dropped to the ground. If I hadn’t have known any better, I would have sworn that it was Ellie that had hurried past, but I wasn’t sure. Something was, well…different.
I quickly followed the petite figure with my gaze as she stopped at a mirror a few paces away from where I stood. She turned slightly in my direction, her bright green eyes meeting mine for only a moment before she quickly looked away. That was Ellie alright, but not the same Ellie I had spent the evening with a couple of nights ago. Gone were her long tresses of auburn hair, replaced by a short chin length style. Though the cut was quite drastic, it suited her well. I also noticed that the black frames that had previously shaded her green eyes had, too, disappeared.
After a few more moments, I decided to approach Ellie. It had been nearly two days since we had spoken. As I came closer to her, Ellie showed no interest in acknowledging my presence. “Odd..” I thought. “Hey, Ellie.” I said, finally getting her attention.
“Hi.” She replied quietly, not meeting my gaze. I knew right then that Ellie was upset, probably over the previous night. I sighed, hating the fact that I had upset my friend.
“Listen, Ellie…I’m sorry about last night. Something came up. Uh, a friend of mine was in town and she wanted to meet for dinner…” Ellie’s expression turned into one of anger as I gave my explanation.”…Um, anyway, how was last night?”
“Oh, it was great!” Ellie replied, a small smile tugging at her lips.” Since you were preoccupied, Ryan decided to tag along with us.” I couldn’t help but feel a pang of jealousy as the mention of Ryan’s name. But why? Why would I care that Ellie had spent her evening in the company of Ryan? “Oh he did, did he?” I asked. I’ll not lie, I was a bit agitated. Why did Ryan have to go anyway?
“Mhmm.” She replied, her smile brightening. “We went out to dinner, and then we went dancing. After a few hours we all were pretty tired, so we went back to the hotel and watched a couple of movies. It was all very fun…to bad you couldn’t come.” The joy that was in her voice was no longer apparent as she finished the sentence, and she still wouldn’t meet my gaze.
“I see…Well, I bet that was a good craic, yeah?” My voice was completely flat of emotion as those words escaped my lips. Why was I so angry though? Ellie was only a friend, nothing more. She could spend her time with whomever she pleased….just not him.
“Hey Ells.” My thoughts were broken by the very source of my anger. I narrowed my eyes as Ryan came over to us, wrapping Ellie up in a warm hug. “What are you two up to?”
“Oh, I was just telling Paul how much fun last night was.” Ellie replied, smiling up at Ryan. I clenched my fists, glaring at the two of them.
“Oh yeah, Paul. You definitely missed out on some fun. Shame ya missed it, Lad.” His words were directed at me, but his eyes were fixed on the beautiful girl in his arms. Wait, this is Ellie you’re thinking about, Byrom…snap out of it.
“Yeah, I suppose it is. Maybe next time…” I muttered.
“Well, as much as I’d love to just sit here and chat, I have a job to do. And Ryan needs his hair fixed.” Ellie spoke up, breaking the awkward silence that had fallen over us.
“Aye, that I do, Ells.” Ryan replied. I could have sworn I saw him wink at Ellie as he took a seat so Ellie could style his hair. I took one last look at them, my expression turning into defeat. I couldn’t help but notice the look of joy lighting up Ellie’s beautiful face. She was happy…with him. Frowning, I turned to leave, tuning out the sounds of Ryan’s banter and Ellie’s giggles.

After the show
(Ellie’s POV)
“I can’t believe it, I think Paul is actually jealous that I was out with Ryan!” I thought, smirking to myself. “I have to talk to Kate and Meg when I get back to the hotel.” I hurried to clean up my styling station as well as pack up all of my supplies. I needed to be out of there as soon as possible so I could get back to the hotel and get ready to go out with the girls and their lads.
Just as I placed the last item, a can of hairspray, in my kit, I heard the soft shuffle of footsteps approach me. “Hello Ellie.” A familiar tenor voice spoke quietly.
“ Hi Paul.” I murmured, not turning to meeting his gaze. I could tell by his voice that he was nervous about something.
“I, umm, I was wondering if you were doing anything tonight?” He asked. His voice shook slightly, probably out of nerves.
“Oh, I don’t know… I think we were all planning a night out again. You’re welcome to come if you want. Unless you’re too busy, that is. Ryan could always go.” I replied. I turned to look at him, wanting to see how he reacted.
“I can come!” Paul replied quickly, a nervous smile appearing on his lips. “I mean, I have no plans for tonight. Uh, is Ryan coming?” He asked me.
I bit my lip, trying to hide my giggle.”You know, I’m not sure, I was about to ask him.” I say, still looking at Paul. He looked, well angry when I mentioned Ryan’s name. “I think he’s finally noticing me.” I think happily to myself.
“I see, well, I’m off to the hotel to change. Care to join me?” Paul questioned. He was making sure I wouldn’t have a chance to invited Ryan.
I shrugged, closing my kit and lifting it off the table. “I suppose. Are you calling a cab?”
Paul reached for the kit, taking it out of my hands before I had a chance to protest. “Already called. It should be waiting outside by now.”
I sighed, nodding. “Fine, I mean, I might as well…”
Paul grinned, leading me to the back exit of the venue where a cab was already waiting. Hurrying over to the door, Paul opened it, motioning for me to slide in first. I mumbled a quiet thank you before getting into the disgusting, yellow car, Paul following suit. He set my cosmetic kit in the floorboard as he told the driver the name and address of our hotel.
The ride to the hotel was a silent one, and a tad awkward. I didn’t know what to say to Paul, I had no words for him. Though I was completely thrilled that he was paying attention to me now, I couldn’t help but feel as though I’m second best. He couldn’t have Kate, he couldn’t have Nicole…Why not Ellie?
“You’re awfully quiet.” Paul spoke up as he and I entered the hotel elevator.
I shrugged, keeping my gaze to cell phone, pretending to text. I jumped a bit as I felt Paul’s hand graze my free one. Just as he was about to lace his fingers with mine, I pulled away, quickly stuffing it into the pocket of my jacket. I glanced up at Paul, seeing hurt in his eyes. He parted his lips as though he was going to say something, though he hesitated, closing them and looking away.
Before I knew it, the elevator dinged and the doors opened, indicating that we were on our floor. Paul motioned his hand towards the door, forcing a smile. “Ladies first..” He murmured.
I nodded, stepping off of the elevator and heading down the hall in the direction of my room. Paul followed behind me, not saying a word. My cosmetic case was still in his hand, he refused to let me carry it. Thankfully, I reached my door in only a few moments. I fished my key out of my pocket, finally looking up at Paul. “So, we’re all meeting in the lobby at eight, wear jeans and a shirt, nothing fancy…” I reached over, taking my case from Paul. “Thank you for carrying this, but I think I can handle it from here.”
Paul looked down on me, his sparkling blue eyes fixed on mine, searching them. He looked as though he wanted to say something, but couldn’t quite bring the words to his lips. I bit my lip, starting to feel a but nervous under his gaze.
“So, umm, I’ll see you then, yeah?” I asked, bringing Paul out of his sort of trance.
Paul nodded slowly, still staring into my eyes. “See you in an hour, L…Ellie.” He replied. He hesitated before turning to leave, eventually disappearing into his room right across from mine.
I shook my head, sliding the key into the lock and stepping in the room. Kate and Meg, having stayed at my room to get ready for the evening, were in the bathroom applying makeup and fixing their hair. I closed the door, setting my case down on the floor beside the tv.
“Oh good, you’re back!” Kate exclaimed, applying her eyeliner. “I laid an outfit out on your bed. Wear it, no questions!”
I laughed a bit, spotting a pair of skinny jeans and my favorite purple and black plaid button down top. I quickly changed into the clothes, slipping on my worn black converse. I was so thankful tonight was casual, I really wasn’t in the mood for dressing up.
“Ya ready?” Meg asked as she and Kate came out of the bathroom , both of them ready to leave. Meg wore a pair of jeans and a pink shirt, with a pair of flats, and Kate was dressed similarly in a pair of jeans and a sea green shirt, Keith’s favorite color. She also wore a pair of flats.
I nodded.”Almost…just let me do something really quick.” I went over to the mirror, removing my contacts before placing my thick, black frames back on my face.
“Wait, wait, what are you doing?” Kate asked, raising her brows in surprise. “Why are you wearing those?”
I turned to Kate and Meg, a smile playing at my lips. “Paul…Paul noticed me today..he noticed me because I’m different. If he really cares, then he’ll notice me with these, too.” I replied, grabbing my cell phone. “I want to make sure Paul is noticing me, not my new makeover.”
Meg nodded. “Good call, Ells. I’m not going to lie, though…I’m definitely excited that he’s noticed you.”
I nodding, trying not to giggle. “Me too! So, are you guys ready to go?”
Kate and Meg nodded as we left the hotel room. It was now 8:05…yes, we were late. But the guys would deal, chances are they don’t even notice the time
anyway. Once we arrived to the lobby, Keith rushed over to Kate, wrapping her in a warm hug. Damian shyly stepped over to Meg, taking her hand in his and kissing her cheek softly.
I smiled at the couples. They were absolutely adorable together, and I almost envied them. I envied what they had with each other, and I couldn’t help but wonder if I would ever have someone in my life like that. “Don’t dwell on it, Ellie.” I muttered.
“Don’t dwell on what?” A lilted voice questioned.
I jumped a bit, startled by the sudden voice. I was so lost in my thoughts that I hadn’t hear Paul come up behind me. I turned around to face Paul, smiling in embarrassment. “Sorry, you scared me just a bit…” I muttered.
Paul chuckled a bit, placing a hand on my shoulder. “My apologies, Ellie.” Paul voice trailed off at the end of his sentence. I once again found his eyes staring into my shielded green ones. He smiled slightly, placing a hand on my cheek gently. “I see these have come out of hiding.”
I nodded, blushing a bit. Wait, blushing? Ellie, stop it! “Y-yeah, my contacts were irritating me.” Okay, so I lied…but I couldn’t tell him the real reason for my sudden switch back to the glasses.
Paul grinned, leaning closer to me until his lips were right at my ear. “Good..” He whispered, kissing my cheek lightly, “I think they’re absolutely beautiful on you, Love.” Paul stepped back, his smile still present on his lips.
I opened my mouth to respond, but was interrupted by Keith. “Come on, you two, stop flirting and lets go!”
My cheeks turned every shade of red in existence as Paul offered me his arm. “shall we?”
I smiled, looping my arm in his. “We shall…”

Okay...sorry for the delay. But here's an update! Hope you enjoy it! (Keith’s pov) After a nice dinner with the group, Katie and I parted our separate ways. I wanted to spend some time alone with her, as it was my last night in Myrtle Beach…my last night with Katie. I lead us to a small stretch of beach that seemed relatively deserted. The wind was blowing gently off the ocean as the waves crashed against the shore. All of the sounds, the smell of the fresh salt air, the feeling of the cool breeze…every bit of it was peaceful, almost like my own personal heaven. Having Katie in my arms made it that much better. Katie and I were seated in the sand, my arms wrapped protectively around her as I held her close to my body. I knew very well that this would be the last time I’d hold her for God only knows how long. And honestly, I don’t know if I could handle that thought. I was falling in love with her…No…I wasn’t falling, I was in love with her. I had fallen hard, and the very thought of leaving her tomorrow frightened me to no end. “What are you thinking about, hun?” Katie asked, looking up at me with those brilliantly green eyes of hers. The way the moon played off of her porcelain skin made her look absolutely breathtaking. “Oh nothin’, just thinkin’.” I replied, my voice in a whisper. I pressed my lips to her forehead in a soft kiss. “I’m dreading tomorrow…” Katie whispered, taking the very thoughts from my mind. The smile that had lit up her face only moments before had dimmed, the sparkle in her beautiful eyes had diminished into sorrow. “Aye….me as well, Love. I sure am going to miss ye..” Kate tore her gaze from mine quickly. “I’ll miss you, too, Keith. So, so much…” Her voice shook as the words escaped her lips. I knew right then that she was crying. I gently gripped her chin, moving her head to meet my gaze. Tears were rolling down her cheeks as she rapidly blinked, attempting to stop them. The sight honestly broke my heart in two. “Oh, Darling Katie…Please, please don’t cry, Love.” I wiped her tears away with my thumbs before placing a soft kiss on her forehead. “I’m not worth the tears.” Katie shook her head. ‘You are, Keith…” She whispered. “I don’t want you to go…please don’t leave tomorrow.” “Oh, if I could stay, I would, Love. I don’t want to leave tomorrow, either. But everything will work out…We have phones, internet, Skype. We will see each other Katie, I promise you that.” Katie nodded, though I knew she was still upset, as was I. I had never met anyone like her, and I could tell you now that I’d rather die than before I’d ever be with another woman other than her. Kate was…Katie was it, and I loved her more than the life within me. I was so very blessed to be able to call her my own. “Let’s just focus on tonight, Love. Let’s make the most of the time we have left, yeah?” Katie nodded, smiling up at me. “Sounds good to me.” Katie and I spent the remainder of the evening together on the beach. I sang softly to my Love as I held her in my arms. Everything was right, perfect, even. And for a moment, I could have sworn that time stood still, just for my Darling Katie and I.

(Meg’s pov)
“Are you sure you don’t want to go on the ferris wheel, Meg? It’ll be fun!” Damian exclaimed, his eyes lighting up with excitement. The site was nothing short of adorable.
I giggled, shaking my head at my boyfriend. “No, Damian, not again. Six times was enough!” I reached for his hand, smiling when he laced our fingers together. “Besides, we haven’t done the rollercoaster.”
Yes, Damian had taken me to an amusement park. Did I have any objections? None whatsoever. That was the thing about Damian and I. We were so much alit that it wasn’t even funny.
“You’re right!” He exclaimed, gently squeezing my hand before taking off toward the rollercoaster.
Damian and I rode that rollercoaster ten times, I bet. And we probably would have gone more had the park not closed for the night. I mean, come on, rollercoasters are addicting!
“So, what now?” I asked as Damian and I walked along the boardwalk hand in hand.
Damian shrugged. “Anything as long as I’m with you.” He replied, a sheepish grin playing at the corners of his lips.
I couldn’t help but blush at his words. Damian was such a sweetheart, and he never ceased to make me smile. “Well, why don’t we get some coffee and then head to the park? Every Saturday they have a fireworks display. It should be starting soon.” I suggested.
Damian raised an eyebrow. “Fireworks, eh? Every Saturday?”
I nodded. “It’s a Myrtle Beach thing, well, a tourism thing, I guess. It really is quite impressive though.”
“Well, let’s go then. Lead the way, Darling.” Damian replied, smiling.
The two of us got our coffees and walked the short distance to the park. There was already quite a crowd of people there, all anticipating the gorgeous display that was about to take place. After searching for a few moments, we finally found a secluded bench swing far enough away from the crowd that their voices were barely audible. We sat down on the swing, Damian’s arm immediately finding its way around my shoulder, pulling me closer to him. I smiled up at him, completely enjoying the moment.
Damian only smiled, keeping his gaze upon me. His blue eyes were shining, the smile on his face clearly reaching them. His smile was genuine, true…I had never seen him smile like that before.
I returned the smile, cuddling even closer to Damian and resting my head on his shoulder. I felt his lips against my forehead, kissing it softly. Never before had I felt as safe as I did at that very moment.
“Meg?” I hear Damian whisper after a few moments of comfortable silence.
“Hmm?” I looked up at him, his expression was very serious.
“When I leave tomorrow morning, please promise me something?”
I looked straight into his piercing blue eyes, nodding. “Of course, Damian….anything.”
Damian sighed quietly, biting his lip before answering. “No matter how far away I am, or how long it is until we see each other again…please don’t ever, ever forget how much I care about you. Will you promise me that, Meg?”
His words brought tears to my eyes, but I did not allow them to fall…I couldn’t. All I could do was not cry, and try to keep my composure in check. “Damian, I would never forget that, ever!”
Damian wrapped both of his arms around me tightly, hugging me close to him as though he didn’t want to let me go. We stayed like that for what seemed like hours, even long after the fireworks had ended. Some words were exchanged between the two of us, but not very many. We most just sat cuddled together, with me protectively in his arms, enjoying each other’s company. And for that time, it was as if Damian and I were the only ones who existed.

Sorry for the wait, we both had some writers block! We hope you like it.
(Ellie’s POV)
It was a great night, to say the least. Ryan never did come to dinner with us, and I didn’t really care because I had Paul. We were by ourselves at the dinner table, Meg and Damian went somewhere and Keith took Kate to the beach. Everything seemed, well, different, but in a good way. Paul and I were getting closer, and I won’t lie, I was definitely enjoying it. My thoughts were interrupted by Paul.
“So, umm, what would you like to do?” He asked me. I thought it was cute how nervous he was asking me this.
“I don’t know, whatever you want to do is fine with me.” I said, as I smiled at him.
“Hey, why don’t we go dancing?” He replied, raising an eyebrow and smirking slightly.
“Well, I don’t know,” I said hesitantly. “I’ve never danced before. I don’t think it would be a good idea and…” I was cut off by Paul pulling me out on the dance floor, he had an evil smirk on his face, but I’m glad I was dancing. He had his hands on my waist and I had my hands around his neck. It was a slow song, so we just swayed with the music. As I laid my head on his shoulder, I could feel his chin rest on my head. I don’t know how long we danced for because we were told we had to leave.
“And I thought you said you’ve never danced before?” He looked at me with his eyes sparkling.
“Well, I never did dance before. But I’m glad I did.” I said smiling at him.
“Why don’t we go for a walk in the park.” He suggested. I nodded. He put his arm around my shoulders and we walked to the park. We decided to sit on the bench because the walk was longer than we expected. When we got to the bench we sat there in silence for a while then Paul put his arm around me, because it was a bit chilly outside.
“Ellie, you’re a great girl and umm I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend?” He said. All I could do was just sit there. I couldn’t believe he was asking me. I was going to have thank Ryan later.
“Paul, I would love to be your girlfriend.” He let out a sigh of relief when I said that. Then he reached into his pocket and took about a little box, he opened it and it was a beautiful claddagh ring.
“Paul, this is beautiful.” I said as he put it on my finger.
“Now whenever you put this ring on make sure to put on your right hand ring finger with the heart pointed toward your wrist. I don’t want anyone getting idea’s about you, your mine now.” He said as he kissed my forehead. “We better head back now it’s getting late, and everyone will be wondering where we are.” After he said that we got up and walked back to the hotel.

(Kate’s POV)
Meg and I were both dreading this day with a passion, but we knew it couldn’t last forever. I never even thought that I would fall for Keith… he made me so angry the day we met. But Keith was pretty persistent, and eventually I couldn’t help letting him in.
I was on my way now to pick up Meg to say good bye to the guys. I didn’t bother putting on any make up because I knew there would be some crying today, okay, maybe a lot of crying.
As I arrived at Meg’s house, she was walking out. Her eyes seemed to be focused on her shoes as she approached the car. I felt sorry for my best friend, I knew exactly how she felt.
“Hey Meg, are you ready to go?” I asked her. She nodded, though I could tell she was trying hard to hold back tears.
“I wish there was some way that we could go with them.” She said with a sigh. I nodded my response, keeping my eyes on the road. “I have an idea. We both Irish dance!” She said exclaimed after a few moments of silence.
I shook my head. “Meg, that was years ago, we’re not good anymore... Besides they have dancers already.” I said to her. We sat in silence for the rest of the way. I was trying to think of something we could do so we could go on tour with them. I was just as desperate as Meg.
“Well we have to think of something, because I don’t think I could stand being away from Damian for that long!” She exclaimed with desperation in her voice.
“Don’t worry Meg, we’ll think of something.” I told reassuringly, though I wasn’t so sure about this myself.
We arrived at the hotel within a half an hour. They were already loading the buses up as we pulled into the parking lot. We parked and we walked over to where the guys were.
“Hey Keith, Damian come out your lady loves are here!” Yelled Paul always making Meg and I blush. Damian and Keith came running out, excited looks on both of their faces.
“Thanks for that Paul.” Damian said punching him in the arm.
“No problem mate!” Paul said back to him, smirking. We just rolled our eyes at him. After that Keith, Damian, Meg and I went to the nearest Starbucks and had some coffee. It was decided that me and Damian would get the coffee. It was weird because it was Meg who suggested it. I had a feeling she had something to say to Keith.
(Meg’s POV)
“Keith, you’re probably wondering why I sent Damian and Kate to get the coffees, right?” I said to him.
“Um, yeah, the thought had crossed my mind.” He said to me, looking a little worried.
“Well I want to make sure that while you’re on tour you’re not going to break Kate’s heart in any way. Because if you do, I promise you that I will hunt you down with my hockey stick and you’ll regret it!” I said looking straight at him, glaring with what I hoped were very serious eyes.
“Meg, I would never hurt Kate in anyway and besides I’ve seen you play hockey and I wouldn’t want to face your wrath.” He replied jokingly. “But seriously I would never do anything to hurt her, I really like her.” He said very seriously.
“Ok good! I just wanted to be sure.” I said as Damian and Kate walked back to us with our coffee. “Make sure of what?” Damian asked as he walked over to me. He handed me my coffee before wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me close to him.
“Oh, nothing. Just threatened Keith with my hockey stick…” I replied, smirking.
Damian raised a brow, looking down at me. “You’re hockey stick, eh?”
I nodded, looking as innocent as I possibly could. “Yup.” I looked up into his beautiful blue eyes, smiling wide. How on earth could I let him slip away from me so soon?
“So, Damian, ya want to tell them or me?” Keith asked as he wrapped Kate in a hug
“Tell us what?” Kate asked. By look on her face, she was just as confused as I. What did that want to tell us?
“Well, umm, okay, to put it plainly, neither of us want to just leave you here. Honestly Meg, the thought of it tears me up. I just can’t leave you…”
“And Kate, I don’t want to leave you..” Keith spoke up. “So, we talked to Sharon, and…she’s agreed to allow you two to come with us.”
I looked at Kate, my eyes wide with surprise. “What?”
“You’re coming with us…well, that is if you want to. Sharon needs some stage help, and she agreed to hire you two. But this means we can be together, Meg.” Damian said, taking my hands into his.
“So what do you say, girls?” Keith asked, still holding Kate close.
“Are ya in?”

(Kate's POV)
I can't believe they just asked if we wanted to tour with them. I was screaming inside my head. Meg and I must have just sat there in stunned silence because Keith started talking to us.
"Umm could ya say something! Your making me nervous." He said, and we both snapped out of our day dreaming state.
"Keith, I don't know. I don't think I could stand being away from home that long." I said, his face fell. "Of course I'll come! How could I not?" He jumped up, and hugged me so hard I couldn't breathe.
"Keith, if you squeeze me to death I'm going to be able to come on tour with." With that he set me down, chuckling a bit.
"What about you, Meg?" Damian asked, a hopeful look in his eyes. ‘Will you go with us?”
"I would love to! I didn't know if I could stand being away from you that long." She said. He basically repeated the same thing as Keith did, but he didn't hug meg as hard as he hugged me.
"This is going to be the best tour ever!" Damian practically shouted. He blushed when he realized mostly everyone in the starbucks heard him. We just laughed.
"The only problem is, we have to pack. And it's going to take more than an hour for us to pack." I said.
"Well why don't you meet us at our next destination. That way you'll be all packed and ready." Keith suggested.
"That sounds great! But don't you have to go now?" Meg asked sullenly.
"Yes, sadly we do. But we'll see each other soon. You guys will meet up with us bright and early tomorrow. The next city isn’t far away." Damian comforted. We walked back to the buses and everyone was ready to go.
The lads were all standing outside of the bus, waiting for us to return. Ryan was leaning against the front of the bus, his eyes glued to the cell phone in his hand. Now, I can’t be completely sure, but I figured he might be texting the rather beautiful brunette I had seen him chatting to in the hotel lobby last night. I recall that as he spoke to her, his face was lit up with a smile that could outshine the sun. I hope things go well for them, if he ever gets the courage to ask her out.
George was engaged in a conversation with their driver. I wasn’t sure what he was talking about, but the look in his wide eyes told me he was excited over it. I imagine he was talking about his wife and daughter and being home with them. I could tell that he missed them terribly and looked forward to being home with them as soon as possible.
And over by the hotel on a bench sat Paul and Ellie, hands laced together and faces close. Paul was whispering something to Ellie, grinning the biggest smile I had ever see on him. I noticed that Ellie seemed to blush at his words, the blush only growing deeper once Paul had planted a small kiss on the tip of her nose. So they were together now? Well it’s about time! I just can’t believe it took Paul so long to realize it. Nevertheless, they were adorable together, and I’m pretty sure that the smile on Ellie’s face was the first real one I had ever seen on her.
I glanced at these people, looking back and forth from face to face, taking in their features. These people had become some of the best friends I have ever had in my life, and now I’m blessed with the opportunity to go along with them. I couldn’t be any happier then I was at that very moment. God had given me these friends, as well as an amazing man to love forever. I felt a smile tug at my lips as my heart beat with anticipation. Sure, this was crazy, Meg and I just packing up and hitting the road with these people, but it was right. I knew it had to be.
And so after a few tearful goodbyes and I love you’s, Meg and I watched the lads board the bus, pulling out only moments later. We stood and watched as the bus disappeared into the horizon, and though we were both sad, we knew it would be long until we were reunited once again. After all, tomorrow is a new day, and the beginning of a new chapter in our lives.
