"I know more about your family than you do. Living in town as a commoner seeing the things that go on." He stopped. Damian, Neil, and Nancy looked at each other. "Look I am willing to help, for I am required to do something that I refuse to do." His voice got lower. "Take Nancy and get as far away from here as possible. Make sure no ghosts cross your path." Keith warned. "Keith you cannot do this." Nancy said, "Your life..." "Yours is more important, m'lady." He gestured towards the door. The three left quickly, running back toward the main river. Keith stood in the doorway of his run down hut, looking at them. He was afflicted and distressed. Not knowing what to do, he turned around and sat down on a stool, awaiting his fate. Meanwhile the three ran. With a wave of his hand a boat appeared, the three headed down river. They did not get very far. "Down get down!" Neil yelled. The three of them ducked down into the boat, Damian formed a large piece of cloth that was draped over them. "Why are we doing this?" Nancy asked. "That fog." Neil said. "Don't trust fog." Damian warned. It got eerily quiet. No one said a word. Out side the blanket a ghost had come. It was Paul. He floated around, he needed to tell them something. He knew they were in the boat, he decided to leave keeping their location secret, he cared more about his kid's safety than anything. Damian rubbed his hand on the fabric making a hole big enough for him to look out of. "The coast is clear. We can come out." The cloth disappeared, but the group stayed low. The speed of the river was picking up. The boat was rocking violently. "We need to get out." Damian said. "On the count of three, we should grab the branch." He pointed to a low sturdy branch, only a few feet away. "One." Neil said. "Two." Damian added. "Three." They said together. Neil, Nancy, and Damian jumped. But not all of them got a good grip of the slippery wood. "No!"

i know the votes were damian 8 neil 3 but...
A knock on the door of Keith's little hut, then Ryan seemed to melt through. "Where is she?" He asked. "I don't know." Keith said. "LIAR!" Ryan yelled. "Go find them and bring them back. I want those to men as well." he smirked. "Do something right for once." Ryan disappeared as Keith said, "Yes Sir." A tear fell down Keith's cheek, as he headed out the door towards the river. He saw Paul floating over a grey rock type thing. That was them. Keith looked at the river, and did not stop. Soon the current picked up, he did it Keith created the waterfall. He watched as they all jumped. They he saw it. No. He thought to himself. Why did he have to be the one to fall. Keith stood half way down the water fall. He had hit his head. Reaching his arms out, Keith grabbed the limp body of Damian. Quickly he disappeared. He headed back to the cave. Walking into the entrance, he turned down a hallway. He opened a door. White was the first impression when walking into the room. This room always gave Keith an eerie feeling. Keith took the black dressing gown on the chair, and put Damian in it's place. Quickly he undressed him, and put the dressing gown on. Keith put Damian in the large white bed. He blew on the clothes and soon they were dry. He laid them on the chair. He also found white clothes, he was praying Damian did not choose them. He gently rubbed Damian's hair, and left the room.
Neil yelled. Damian had slipped of the branch, and tumbled down the waterfall. The boat soon followed. Neil climbed off the branch and jumped on the shore. He helped Nancy. They climbed down the bank to the bottom of the waterfall but their was no sign of Damian. "What are we going to do Neil?" Nancy asked. "I don't, I guess we look for him." Neil suggested. "Where do we start?" Nancy asked. "Here." A voice behind them said.
Damian was falling down the water fall. He was screaming and heard Neil yell. Then he hit his head on a rock. He woke, he was in a solid black dressing gown. He sat up, he was laying in a large white bed. Their was an iron door across from him. On either side of the door was a chair. Each chair had clothing on it. On the left was stark white pants, white long sleeve, and a white cloak with black boots sitting underneath. On the left were his old clothes, now dry, they were no longer black or the dark grey, they were a misty grey. The cloak though still with it's many layers now looked like a storm cloud moving in. Damian got out of bed, and walked over to the clothes. He grabbed his head, their was a large knot their. He looked from left to right, then back again. He grabbed the new boots, and put on his old clothes, something about that white seemed wrong. It looked pleasing, but he felt their was a deep evil awaiting. A knock on the door. It opened. Keith stood their. He grabbed Damian by the arm. "I'm really sorry, but, I have to." Keith whispered. He smiled on the inside Damian was wearing his old clothes, well except the boots. But those were his, he hated boots. Damian was lead to a grand hall in the cave. "This could not be more perfect" A voice cackled.

Neil and Nancy turned around. Nancy smiled, while Neil frowned. Then both of them became worried. For floating about a foot off the ground, in front of them, was a ghost. Not just any ghost but Paul, their dad. Neil had a run in with him earlier. But Nancy loved him, for he was the man that took care of her almost her entire life. "Look, I am not going to give you up. Your my kids. I want to help." Neil's arms which were crossed, went down to his sides. "How can I trust you?" Nancy hit him, "He is your father, Neil." "I don't care, look at what he put me through, look at Damian." "I am sorry Neil. But you must see times were hard, and things had to be done. It was for protection." Paul tried to explain. Neil still did not believe any of it, but he pretended that he was okay with it all. For Nancy, and for the fact that he needed help. "What are we supposed to do?" Neil asked. "You need to find Damian." "Well obviously." Nancy stated. "But you have to be extremely careful. It could all go horribly wrong, be fatal. This could also be part of plan to trap you all." "So either way we are going to put our lives in peril." Neil frankly stated. "Well, you would have me. I cannot have you getting hurt. I would never be able... anyways. I suggest going back to the caves. But you must use the greatest caution. He reached out to hug his kids, and in the middle of the embrace, he slowly began to disappear. The last thing Neil, and Nancy saw was his face, sweet eyes, and a contagious smile. As soon as he was gone, they looked at each other and headed up the river bank. All to soon they were stopped, "Go Back."

Damian went white with terror. Keith become rigid, his muscles tensed. For appearing out of thin air, more like a rain drop made out smoke, was Ryan. "You've done well Keith." He evilly whispered. Damian looked at Keith, like he was going to kill Keith. "Look, this is all against my will. I was praying you would not be the one to fall of the branch. I was hoping you would all stay." Keith whispered, giving a reassuring look to Damian. Damian had color in his face again. Keith's face softened with a slight smile, but the rest of him was still as solid as a statue. "What do you have to say for yourself?" Ryan looked at Damian. The color was gone again. "I, um, I, er..." Damian struggled. "I see you are wearing your old clothes, and Keith's boots. Is their a reason?" He came right up to Damian's face. "I, um, yes." Keith whispered a warning, "Tell him what he wants to hear." "Go on." Ryan floated back a bit, motioning with a semi-transparent muscular arm. Damian thought, he looked around, "The white, seemed," He paused, and gulped, "to pure, and they seemed, they seemed..." He trailed off, just in time for Ryan cut him off. "I understand." Ryan explained. "Keith leave, him with me, and lure those twins here. It will all be over soon." He laughed. Damian's knees buckled as he fell to the floor. Keith caught him. Then quickly dropped him, for he caught the gaze of Ryan. Damian dropped to his hands and knees breathing very heavily. Keith wanted to help, but he quickly left in search of Neil and Nancy. Ryan went to Damian's side, and helped him up. Damian became stoic, he could not risk anything else. "It's alright, uncle Ryan is here." Ryan attempted to comfort. Damian looked at him his blue eyes were starting to look more like a blue sky when a storm is coming. He gave Ryan a confused look. "That's right your uncle." He laughed.
Keith raced out of the cave, and down towards the river. Soon he came to Neil and Nancy, "Go back." He warned, taking a deep breath. "Why? We need to save him." Neil said, stepping in front of his sister. "It's a trap. Trust me. I can save Damian, but not all three of you. You must not try to find him." Keith was being helpful, but neither Neil nor Nancy wanted to hear it. "Our father told us to find him." Nancy reasoned. "Your father does not know what Ryan has planned." Keith said, his overall pleasant face, was overtaken by anger, from his eyes, to the dimples in his cheeks. Neil and Nancy looked at each other. "I want to help." Keith said. "So you must do as I say." "No." Nancy yelled. "Damian was trying to save me first. Now it is my chance to try and save him." She took off running, in the direction Keith had came from. "Nancy!" Keith yelled. "Now you've done." Neil threatened. The two ran after Nancy. Finally the followed her into the cave. Nancy had stopped dead in her tracks. Keith, and Neil did as well. A moment of strange silence fell over the cave. A scared look. A look of need. Nancy screamed.

It was realized all to soon why Nancy screamed. Damian was spread eagled against the wall, he was a good ten feet off the ground. He was scared. And seeing Neil and Nancy made his face go white. Ryan laughed, "Perfect. Good job Keith." "I'm sorry." Keith said, looking at Neil and Nancy. All of a sudden Neil and Nancy found themselves spread eagled against the wall next to Damian. A gold smokey tear drop and green smokey tear drop appeared. They took the forms of George and Paul. "Glad you could make." Ryan smirked. "You will not get away with this." George stated, looking at his son. "You'll never forgive yourself. I mean look at you." Paul observed. Obviously the two had made up. "It has to be done." Ryan said. "You'll ruin everything." George claimed. While the three ghost's voices were raising, Keith took this opurtunity to sneak to the wall to where Neil, Nancy, and Damian were. He was trying to think about a way to get them down. He knew what was going to happen. Keith thought really hard, water came pourig down on Neil. "What was that for?!" He yelled. "Well that worked." Keith said. Neil was now on the ground. Neil gave him a meek look. At Neil's yell the three ghost's attention came focused on Keith and Neil. "Keith how could you." Ryan yelled. "This is wrong." Keith yelled, "You can't just kill kids for what your brothers did. You obviously don't want to. Isn't their deaths the cause of yours?" Keith was fuming. Ryan turned a bright red, "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT!" His roar shook the hall. His muscles tensed. When he yelled you could see the veins in his neck. "That was a secret. I trusted you Keith." Neil just put all the peices of the puzzle together. He thought on his feet. "Look, if it helps take me, spare them and take me." "No!" Paul yelled. "It doesn't work like that." Ryan explained. Neils words hit him. He never met a person willing to sacrifice themself. "Please don't hurt them." Neil begged. He walked over to the ghosts. "You guys are brothers. I don't exactly no what is happened. But I know you all care for eachother." He gave Ryan a look. What Keith had said, told Neil that Ryan was deeply aflicted by the deaths of his brothers. This comment made the three brothers think. "No, this can not be happening." Ryan stated. He started mumbling to himself. "I am sorry." He finally admitted. Ryan was arguing with himself saying he was stupid. He finally gave in. He put his hand on Neil's shoulder. "Fix things." he said. As he disapeared. This wasn't like the disapearences before. It was slow. It started with his feet, and worked his way up. The last think Neil could see was his face and the arm that was on his shoulder. Then starting from the middle the faded. Then all to soon, Ryan was gone, his face and hand had completely disapeared. As soon as he was gone, the hold that was keeping Damian and Nancy pinned on the wall realeased. Like lightening. Paul and George were their. George cought his beloved Damian, while Paul cought his daughter Nancy. "I am sorry." George said kissing Damian on the top of the head. It was the perfect father son moment. In that instant, a new light went into Damian's eyes. "It's okay." Damian said. George hugged Damian. And like Ryan he slowly disapeared forever. Damian no longer felt the grip of his father. A grip he would never forget, a grip he only felt once in his entire life. Paul set Nancy on her feet. He embraced her. He beckoned Neil over. Neil walked over. He looked up at his dad. "Don't let me down son." He hugged him. Nancy joined the hug. Then they felt his grip loosen as he to left them forever. The four people standing in the cave, walked outside. While the ones they loved were gone, their memories would linger on. When they walked out, they were almost blinded. For the sun was shining. The sun never shined. Their had been a grey haze over everything since Neil could remember. When the light hit Damian's clothes it was evident how light they were. They were such a color of light grey or faded black, that they seemed to be white. Neil smiled. Keith looked at Nancy in a way he never thought possible. "Damian, could I give you something?"Neil asked. "Sure." Damian replied. The group of four, found their way back to the castle. That glowed in the sunlight. For the first time you could see it's greatness. The ivy that covered the walls and a few towers, was a brilliant green, that made you smile, it warmed you, made you want to laugh. The grey, cream colored bricks of the castle seemed gold in the sunlight. The castle that had been standing so long that the people who remembered had long died off, seemed like it had just been built. The old doors made of a tree of a name no one remembred turned a rich brown color almost red, welcomed the sun. In the midst of this happyness, Neil wanted to keep this splendor for himself, but he knew it was not right. "This is rightfuly yours. Take it." Damian smiled, but he saw the look on Neil's face, "I couldn't" "But you could." Neil presed, "And you will." He smiled. Damian smiled once again, he turned to Nancy and Keith. "And you two will join Neil and I in this castle. All shall be restored." "I don't know." Keith said. Being a villager, he had family. "You must." Damian said putting a hand on his shoulder. "Trust me the village will be in fine hands." Keith took that as he would be the village leader. He smiled and gripped Nancy tightly around the waist. Damian put his hand out in front of him, flicked his wrist, and with a smile the doors opened. The four stepped over the threshold. To start a new life. They all went into different directions. Keith and Nancy went to the left, Damian went to the North, and Neil started for the right. But slowly went after Damian. Damian had disappeared. But Neil knew where he was. Briskly Neil walked to the location of Damian. He climbed the stairs. And smiled. Damian had his arms on either side of the window, he was looking at the brilliant setting sun. The mixture of the yellows and reds intrigued him, they hit the green of the forest. Neil heard Damian sigh. Neil was happy, this was the best thing that could have happened.

well i lied i can get to more posts out of this and possibly a surprise...
Neil did not want to disturb Damian. But Damian heard him enter the room. "It's beautiful isn't it?" he commented, still gazing at the sun. "Yeah." Neil responded walking towards Damian. "You know this is the first time I have gotten to see it. I mean, when I was younger a huge black cloth covered the window. I never dared move it. I didn't want to upset anyone. And even if I caught a glimpse of the light it was filtered cause of the mask I wore. I have never seen such a magnificent sight." He sighed. And looked at the gold telescope. Neil frowned. "Well now you got your whole life to gaze at the sky." Damian turned. His face radiant. In the short time Neil had known him, he had grown. His face was more defined, especially his chin. The muscles on his arms flexed even if he wasn't. The tight white shirt showed all six of his brilliantly chisled abs. "Ya know it's thanks to you, I now get to roam free, and see what I want." "I am glad I could make you happy." Neil said. Walking over to the telescope. The sun had set, a red hugh was still in the sky. "Take a look through this." Damian walked over, bent down and became intrigued by the night sky. Neil left him on his own. He was tire, he walked down the five-hundred and one steps, and headed towards his room. Once he got in. He took his shirt off. His defined chest and abodomen glistened in the candlelight. He slipped the brown boots off his tired and aching feet. He slowly made his way to his bed. Then he turned back towards the door. Laughing he took a running start and jumped. Every muscle in his body tensed. The veins in his arms were noticible over the muscles. His shoulders grew, as his abs and pecs tightened. He made impact with the soft bed. He relaxed as did his muscles. The met the bed, and embraced. Neil laughed again. And got under the comforter. Another laugh and he was asleep. Laughter was filling the halls of the castle once again.

EPILOGUE: Four years later, Neil woke up. Bright sunlight streamed in through the window. It made him warm his face glowed as he smiled. His body was cold after a long night's sleep. But the sunlight in the room slowly loosened his muscles. He hopped out of bed. Pulled an emerald green shirt on over his head. It clung titly to every curve of his body. He pulled on boots over his well rested feet. He grabbed the sword and hilt by the door and put them around his waist. Walking out of the room he heard laughter. The laughter of a little girl, the daughter of Keith and Nancy. He heard the laughter of Damian. Their was a warmth in the castle. Neil walked passed the large front doors. They were opened they were seldom closed now. He walked to the throne room, where he saw Damian. "Hello." He said. "Ya ready?" Damian asked. "Let's go." They headed first to the study. For today they were going to find out what really happened to the George, Paul, and Ryan.
