Ryan finished his rounds and found an empty on call room. He had started to fall asleep when his phone went off with a message. He reached for it, reading the text:
"It's Penny, I need to talk. Please"
He typed back,"I'm still on call for the next twelve hours, come to the hospital."
"I'll be there soon."
Ryan put the phone down and closed his eyes.

Penny slipped the disc into her purse and drove to the hospital. Part of her was still shocked about what she had listened too. The detailed description of who she was and who he was. The relationship they had together.
Part of her was afraid of what he would say, would he believe it? Or would he think that she was insane. She couldn't be insane, because it was her voice on the cd. The memories were from somewhere inside of her and Ryan or Collin, as she had called him, was a part of those memories.
She pulled into the parking lot, and sat in the car. Working up the courage to take those steps into the building. She took a deep breath and made her way into the hospital, saying hello to a few people. She text Ryan and bought them each a cup of coffee before taking the elevator to meet him.
"Penny", Ryan looked up as she came into the on call room.
"Hey", she said,"Brought you coffee", she presented the cup.
"Thanks", he replied,"I'm sorry about the other night."
"It's okay", she shook her head,"I have something........you need to.......hear. It's going to sound crazy and I.......I know that......but..."
"It couldn't be any crazier than a few nights ago", he sipped on his coffee.
"I called you by a different name and you took off. You asked me about the dreams and I told you I had been having them for a while. Now I think I know why", she pulled the cd out of her purse,"Listen to this and let me know what you think."
"What is this?", he looked at her.
"Just", she sighed,"Listen to it as soon as you can."
"Okay", he cast her a sideways glance.
"I should go", she stood and breezed out of the room.
Ryan turned the cd case over in his hand. He had made his own visit to the psych floor and didn't feel any closer to an answer. it couldn't hurt to listen to what was on the disc. It would have to wait until after his shift.
