Okayyy! So, this update was way over due and I hope you all don't hate me for it! But, here I am with an update! Do hope you like it! And Remember, "Comments Make The World GO 'Round!"(A/N) This is what I'm picturing Anna's wedding dress as! 4.bp.blogspot.com/_XXmDIfWHsyA/S8P4LwFDS5I/AAAAAAAAD00/j0TbzL_sGiI/s1600/beach-wedding-dresses-picture.jpgThe church was a small grey stone structure. It even had the tiny steeple at the top; the old kind, with a steeple that held a bell hanging inside. The bell had a rope tied to it that would ring when somebody pulled the cored, letting a deep chime ring out. The windows had simple designs in the stain glass; each depicting a passage of the Bible. The pews were made of hard wood but each had dark fabric covering the cushions that sat in each. Rebecca had taken light yellow and pale blue ribbons and strung them around the room in a tasteful manner. On the end of each pew there was a ribbon tied in the same colors.
Anna stood in the back room with her father. The wedding was supposed to start any minute now and Rebecca had made up some excuse so that the two could be together. Aiden wrapped his arms around Anna giving her a long hug.
“Oh, Anna. I’m so proud of you. I’m going to miss you. But I know that Keith is going to take the best of care with my little girl.” He pulled away from while keeping his hands rested on her shoulders. “I love you, Sweetheart.”
Anna couldn’t help the tears that started to fall. She knew she was making the best decision of her life, right here, right now, in marring Keith. But it was still hard saying good-bye to her Father. He lived in the states while she would be moving here and starting her new life with her husband. With one final hug they drew a part.
“Now, it’s time for us to head out sweet heart.” Aiden gave her a quick kiss and held out his arm for her to take. And together they headed out the door and towards the sanctuary.
Anna was nervous as she walked with her father to the sanctuary. But she wasn’t scared. Her nervousness was born out of excitement from the unknown life her and Keith would lead. She could picture him standing at the isle waiting on her. With no tie. She smiled at that. When she had told him he didn’t have to wear one he had protested but she had seen the relief in his eyes and reassured him it would be fine. I mean, how could she make him dress so formal, when she knew he wouldn't be comfortable? She herself wore a simple white dress; not wanting to be caught up in all the lacy layers.
Her father gave her arm a gentle squeeze as they heard the wedding march begin. Anna’s eyes scanned the room, briefly. She saw her friend from kindergarten, Samantha, or Sam as she called her, standing as her Maid of Honor. She chuckled as she saw her friend give her a thumbs up. Her hair was clipped up on the sides, letting her brown curly hair fall down to her shoulders. But then; then she saw Keith waiting for her. And what happened next was all a blur. All she could see was Keith as he smiled down at her, his bangs swooping to the side as she had requested; none of that gelled back hair today.
They held each others hands as the pastor told Keith what to repeat. Anna, watched his lips closely, not wanting to miss a word he was saying to her, saw him give her a questioning look and she realized she had missed her cue. She quickly angled herself so she could still see Keith and still read the pastors lips, with out anybody noticing.
Keith knew. He didn’t know how he knew but he did. Keith had known the moment Aiden had placed Anna’s hand in his. He sensed it perhaps? But she was deaf. Completely deaf and she hadn’t told him again. He sighed inwardly as she repeated the words to the wedding vows. He wasn’t mad at her. He knew why she hadn’t told him. She was selfless that way, not wanting him to worry about her and trying to make the day perfect for him. Well, he’d let her think he didn’t know. And with that he smiled at her, seeing her smiling face looking at him, and said, “I do.” And he kissed his bride.

Neil watched the happy couple on the dance floor. He was so incredibly happy for them. He felt so bad for have to leave the reception early. But life had other plans. So, after he and the lads had sang a few songs, given toasts, and well-wishes, he had decided it was time to leave. Not wanting to sadden Keith and Anna’s special day, Neil tried to slip out the back, unsuccessfully.
“Hey, Ryan-” Neil started in, trying to explain himself. But Ryan held up his hand.
“No need, man. I understand. If you’re asked after, I’ll make up an excuse for the happy couple.” Sighing in relief, Neil smiled his thanks.
“Listen, I’ll check in soon. I don’t know how long It’ll be before I check in with you guys, but I gotta leave. I told Mrs. Bailey that I’d come home and help her with arrangements…” He let his voice fade as he glanced around blinking. Not needing to explain further to his friend who stood nodded understandingly. Neil was about to turn and leave when Ryan spoke up.
“Neil. Give me a call if you need something. I’d be happy to help you.” Ryan told him as he gave him a brief and brotherly hug. “You call any of us, and we’ll be there.” Neil smiled his thanks and with a wave, made his way out of the reception.
Ryan watched Neil leave and once gone, turned to find Anna’s Maid of Honor walking towards him. He smiled her way and was about to speak when she walked right past him. He blinked quickly. Had she not seen him about to speak to her? Well, nobody ignores the ’Dark Destroyer’. He jogged after her and stopped behind her as she was filling her drink.
“Hello there.” She glanced over her shoulder and smiled.
“Hi” She went back to pouring. Was she meaning to get rid of him?
“I’m Ryan-”
“I know who you are, Kelly.” He stared at her, his mouth slightly agape. He didn’t know how to take her. Her tone wasn't rude. Just matter of fact. “I’m Samantha Stone. It’s nice to finally meet you, Ryan.” She held out her free hand for him to take.
“Thanks, it is nice to meet you too, Mrs…?” He raised an eyebrow at her, questioningly. Even though he held her left hand and could clearly see no ring.
“Miss. But you knew that. Call me ‘Sam’. Everyone does.” He smiled, finding her bluntness refreshing.
“Sam, would you care to dance?” He offered the young woman his arm.
“I’d love to have a dance with you, Ryan.” She wrapped her arm around his, walking to the center of the room where Keith and Anna were still dancing, surrounded by many other dancing couples.
